With our new captcha system, utilising hCaptcha, you can now force all your ticket buyers to attempt a mandatory captcha before they can select tickets, preventing automated software from poaching for tickets.
Adding captcha to your events is easy, all you need to do is go to the event dashboard and enable captcha under the Advanced Settings dropdown. Captcha is disabled by default, as we understand that most events won't need it and therefore it is an unnecessary step to the ticketing process, slowing down ticket sales.
We recommend you to enable captcha when you have high in demand tickets which will have a high value on resale markets. Captcha will try to help you sell tickets to genuine ticket buyers and will help prevent automated software from selecting tickets once they first go on sale.
